CHINA: Shanghai Lang Yue Law Firm (“Lang Yue”) has received approval from the Shanghai Bureau of Justice for its Joint Operation with international law firm, Allen & Overy in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. 

The Joint Operation known as Allen & Overy Lang Yue (FTZ) Joint Operation Office  brings together Lang Yue’s high-quality PRC law capability with Allen & Overy’s international platform, to provide clients with seamless PRC and international legal services across a wide range of capabilities including general corporate, M&A, private equity, venture capital investments, capital markets, regulatory advisory and compliance.
