Shanghai Lang Yue Law Firm (“Lang Yue”), was founded in 2014 and can provide both international and Chinese clients with PRC law expertise.

About our joint operation with Allen & Overy

In December 2019, as approved by the Shanghai Justice Bureau, Lang Yue and international firm Allen & Overy LLP established the Allen & Overy Lang Yue (FTZ) Joint Operation Office (“Allen & Overy Lang Yue”) in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

Allen & Overy Lang Yue brings together Lang Yue’s high-quality PRC law capability with A&O’s international platform and cross-border experience, to provide clients with seamless PRC and international legal services across a wide range of practice areas in China and globally.

As of May 1 2024, Allen & Overy is known as A&O Shearman (trading as Allen & Overy LLP in the People’s Republic of China pending registration of the new name with the Ministry of Justice).
